- Current RCG – desireable
- Positive attitude & reliable work ethic
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Previous bar experience preferred (but not required for the right person!)

$68,000 – $76,600/year

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and present high-quality dishes consistently
- Maintain food safety standards
- Ensure proper portioning and presentation
- Assist with daily prep work
- Maintain consistency in taste and quality
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Chef or Cook
- Strong knowledge of food safety and kitchen procedures
- Ability to work under pressure
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Team-oriented with strong leadership abilities
